How to submit

  1. From the web app, click Help (top-right) → Request a feature.
  2. Title — one line.
  3. Description — what you want, why, and how often you'd use it.
  4. (Optional) Vote / +1 an existing request instead of creating a new one if it matches.

What happens after

What gets prioritized

Roughly in this order:

  1. Things many shops are asking for — votes matter.
  2. Things that unblock revenue or risk — a sync error costing money, a compliance gap.
  3. Things that match the platform's direction — features that compound, not one-offs.
  4. Things the team is excited to build — wild card; sometimes great stuff comes from passion.

What gets declined

  • Adapter features for niche workflows that would balloon the UI for everyone.
  • Anything that requires a separate product (e.g. CRM-from-scratch, full ERP).
  • Things already on the roadmap — we'll point to the relevant entry.
