Download a PDF

Click the link on any invoice. The PDF opens directly from Stripe's storage — Run a Call doesn't host these files itself.

The PDF includes:

  • Your business name and address (the one on file in Stripe).
  • The invoice line items (subscription, add-ons, usage overages).
  • Subtotal, taxes, total.
  • Payment method (last 4 digits).
  • Stripe's receipt formatting.

Editing the company info on the PDF

The PDF's customer-facing name and address come from Stripe's customer record, not Run a Call's Organization settings. To change them:

  1. Open the Stripe Portal (link from Settings → Billing).
  2. Update billing details.
  3. Future invoices use the updated info.
Note

Past invoices keep the info that was current at the time — that's standard accounting.

What's on every invoice

  • Base subscription fee for your plan tier.
  • Any add-ons active in the period (AI Receptionist, extra phone numbers).
  • Overage charges — calls past quota, SMS past quota, etc.
  • Taxes (where applicable).

Common patterns

Tax compliance

Run a Call's invoices are receipts — your accountant can attach them to your books as standard SaaS expenses. The PDFs include enough detail for most tax workflows. If your jurisdiction needs more, contact support for an audit-ready export.
