Sometimes you need the estimate as a PDF — for an email outside the app, for a folder, for printing. Here's how.

From the office

  1. Open the estimate.
  2. Click ⋯ → Download PDF.

The PDF includes:

  • Your logo and business info.
  • Customer + billing address.
  • Line items with quantities, prices, and taxes.
  • Subtotal, tax, discount, deposit, total.
  • Any customer-facing notes you added.
  • Estimate ID, date, expiry.
  • Your terms-of-service footer.

From mobile

  1. Open the estimate on the iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap ⋯ → Share PDF.
  3. Pick how to share (Mail, Messages, Files, AirDrop, save to Photos).

What the customer can download

The customer-facing estimate page has a Download PDF button. The PDF the customer gets is identical to the one you get — same fields, same footer.

Bulk export

To download many estimates at once:

  1. Go to Estimates.
  2. Multi-select the rows you want.
  3. Bulk actions → Export PDFs.

You'll get a single ZIP with all the PDFs, named by customer + estimate ID.

CSV export (for spreadsheets, not for sending)

If you want the line-item data in a CSV (for ad-hoc analysis), use Bulk actions → Export CSV instead. That's not a customer-facing format — it's a row per estimate with totals.
