EPA recordkeeping only works if the log happens at the unit, not from memory at the end of the week. Techs log refrigerant on the equipment itself, from the job.
Logging it
On the job page in the mobile app, open the equipment at the property and tap Log refrigerant.

Save it and the entry attaches to that unit.
Where it shows up afterwards

Logging with no signal
Refrigerant logs work offline. The app confirms it saved locally and pushes the entry as soon as the phone is back on service — so a crawlspace with no bars is not a reason to skip it.
