The Refrigerant report is your EPA Section 608 compliance log — every refrigerant transaction (added, recovered, leaks) recorded across your jobs.
Why this matters
EPA Section 608 requires service contractors to maintain records of refrigerant added to and recovered from appliances. The report is your audit trail — pulled out instantly if the EPA asks.
Where to find it
Reports → Compliance → Refrigerant.

How transactions get logged
Field techs log refrigerant on the job page in the mobile app:
- Open the job.
- Refrigerant action → pick added or recovered.
- Enter the type and amount.
- Save.
Logged offline? It syncs when the device reconnects — the offline queue handles refrigerant entries like any other mutation.

Common gotchas
| Gotcha | Fix |
|---|---|
| Tech forgot to log | The transaction needs to be added manually (admin can backfill). |
| Wrong refrigerant type | Pick the right one from the dropdown; freeform text causes audit headaches. |
| Wrong equipment | Make sure the right unit is selected. |
