My Jobs is the home screen for field techs on the mobile app. It shows today's and tomorrow's appointments, in the order the dispatch board scheduled them.

What the My Jobs list shows

Each appointment card:

Customer name + addressWho you're visiting.
Job typeService, Maintenance, Installation, Estimate, Callback.
Scheduled time windowYour appointment slot.
Your role on this appointmentLead or Helper (more on this below).
StatusScheduled, En Route, In Progress, Completed.

Lead vs Helper roles

A single job can have multiple techs assigned to the same appointment:

RoleWhat it does
LeadRuns the job. Their actions drive the job's main status.
HelperA secondary tech on the crew. Has their own time clock that tracks helper hours separately.
Note

If you're the Lead, your status changes (En Route → In Progress → Completed) flip the job itself. If you're a Helper, your status only affects your own time log on this appointment.

Job detail page

Opening a job shows everything a tech needs:

Filtering My Jobs

By default you see today + tomorrow. To see further out:

  • Toggle to Week view (if available).
  • Or use the date picker.

For past jobs you completed, switch to History.
