Every change to a piece of equipment — make/model edits, service jobs, refrigerant add/recover events — is logged. The full history lives on the unit's record.

Where to find it

  1. Open the customer.
  2. Equipment tab.
  3. Pick the unit.
  4. History sub-tab.

What's in it

EventWhat's logged
CreatedWhen the unit was first added, by whom.
Field editsName, model, serial changes.
Service jobsEvery job that touched this unit, with date, tech, scope.
Refrigerant eventsAdd or recover, in lbs.
PhotosBefore/after photos from each service job.
Status changesWorking, Needs replacement, Replaced.

Filtering the history

Use the chip filters above the timeline:

  • Service
  • Edits
  • Refrigerant
  • Photos
  • All

Exporting

For warranty claims, dispute resolution, or just record-keeping:

  1. ⋯ → Export history (PDF).
  2. PDF includes every entry with photos.

Marking a unit replaced

When the customer replaces the unit:

  1. Pick the old unit.
  2. ⋯ → Mark replaced.
  3. Enter the replacement date.
  4. (Optional) Link the new equipment record so the history threads forward.

The old unit's history is preserved.

Refrigerant ledger

Refrigerant events feed into the EPA-required ledger:
