The Payouts view shows all the money you collected this month by every method, what Stripe has paid out to your bank and what's still on its way. It also lists every payment by day, so you can match a bank deposit to the invoices behind it.
Open Invoices and switch to the Payouts tab at the top of the page (on a phone, pick Payouts from the menu in the top bar). Owners and admins who can see reports have it.

The large figure is everything collected this month across every method, with the count of payments and anything refunded. Below it, each method has its own line, such as Card (Stripe), Cash, Check or Zelle.
Next to it, three blocks say where that money is:

If Stripe isn't connected, the Stripe block links to Connect Stripe in Settings.
The payouts list
Each payout shows its arrival date, amount, status (Pending, In transit, Paid, Failed or Canceled), the fees in it, and a Stripe link that opens the payout in your Stripe Dashboard.
Click a payout to expand it and see what it carried: every payment and refund in it, with the customer and invoice.

Settlements
The Settlements list shows every payment and refund, grouped by day with a Day total, including the ones you recorded yourself. It starts with the last two weeks; click Load earlier days to go further back. The Settled by column says how each one was paid:

Details on one payment
On an invoice, go to Payment History, open the … menu on a Stripe payment and choose Details. You see:
- The amount charged, the Stripe fee and what's Net to you.
- The Fee collected from payer, if the customer covered a card fee.
- The card or bank used, and a link to the Stripe Receipt.
- The Payout it went out in, or Not yet if it's still clearing.
- Any Refunds on it.
- Open in Stripe, to see the payment in your Stripe Dashboard.
Good to know
- Fees on older payments are filled in over your first few days with this view. Until then, some older payments may show no Stripe fee.
- Only Stripe money is in payouts. Cash, checks and other payments you record show in Settlements but never in a payout.
- QuickBooks: payout deposits aren't sent to QuickBooks yet. Match them there the way you do today.
