After a customer submits a booking, they see a confirmation screen with your custom message. There's no redirect option today — the customer stays on the Run a Call booking page.

Where to edit the message

Settings → Booking → Confirmation message.

The field is free-text. Type whatever you want customers to see right after submitting.

Examples that work

Thanks! Someone from the office will call you within 30 minutes to confirm a time.

Got it. We'll be in touch shortly. If it's after hours, we'll call you first thing in the morning.

Thanks for booking with Acme Heating. Expect a confirmation call within 30 minutes during business hours.

Tip

The pattern: thank them, set an SLA expectation, optionally explain after-hours behavior.

What's NOT supported today

  • Redirect to your own URL — there's no field to send the customer back to your website. Many shops want this for conversion-pixel tracking; it's not built today.
  • A custom-styled HTML page — the confirmation is plain text.
  • Multiple confirmation messages by service type — one message applies to all submissions.
  • Auto-redirect after N seconds — the customer sees the message until they navigate away.

Workaround for tracking

If you want a conversion pixel to fire when a booking lands (for Google Ads, Meta, etc.):

Platform CAPI / pixel integrationCheck Settings → Integrations if available.
Downstream CRM triggerWait for the booking request to land in your inbox and have your CRM trigger the conversion.

Neither replaces a true thank-you-page redirect cleanly. This is a known gap and is on the roadmap.
