The booking page picks up your organization's branding automatically — logo, color, services — and a customizable confirmation message.

What gets branded

Settings → Business → Brand → Upload logo. The logo appears at the top of every booking page within minutes. See Uploading your company logo.

Change the brand color

Set under Settings → Business → Brand → Primary color. Pick a hex value. The booking page picks up the change immediately on next load.

Change the services list

Settings → Booking → Services. The list is editable — add a service, remove an unused one, reorder them. Defaults you start with:

  • AC Repair
  • Heating Repair
  • Maintenance / Tune-Up
  • New System Estimate
  • Other

Change the confirmation message

Settings → Booking → Confirmation message. Free-text — what customers see right after they submit. Common patterns:

Thanks! Someone from the office will call you within 30 minutes to confirm.

Got it — we'll be in touch shortly with available time slots.

What's NOT supported today

  • Custom CSS — you can't bring your own stylesheet.
  • Custom layouts — the form's structure is fixed (service / urgency / contact / address).
  • Custom domain mapping — the public URL is runacall.com/book/<slug>; you can't map it to a subdomain of your own site.
  • Field ordering or hiding — the form fields are what they are.
  • Custom fonts.
