Settings is the home for every configurable piece of the platform — your profile, your org, your team, your phone numbers, your integrations, your billing.

Note

Dispatchers and Field techs see only Profile and Notifications. Everything else is admin-gated. See Roles and permissions.

What lives in Profile vs Organization

  • Profileyours. Name, photo, on-call availability toggle.
  • Organizationthe company's. Org name, address, hours, brand logo.

Confusion is common: the org logo isn't in Profile.

Note

Password and 2FA aren't managed in Settings → Profile today — reset your password from the sign-in screen via Forgot password. There's no in-app 2FA enrollment yet.

Where to find things that aren't where you'd expect

  • Brand color — Organization → Brand.
  • Service area — Business (not Organization).
  • Tax rate — Organization (one default rate, no separate Tax Rates tab).
  • Roles — defined in code, not in a settings tab. See Roles and permissions.
