The Call tracking report measures the top of your funnel — calls in, calls missed, and how many became booked jobs.

Where to find it

Reports → Team & jobs → Call tracking.

What it shows

Over your date range:

MetricWhat it shows
Inbound callsTotal received.
AnsweredCalls that connected (AI-answered + human-answered).
MissedRang through but no one picked up; no AI.
BookedCalls that turned into a job (via the Convert call to job action).
Booking conversion rateBooked / Inbound.

For accounts with the AI Receptionist:

MetricWhat it shows

Spam-filteredSeparated out, doesn't count toward your inbound denominator.

What it answers

QuestionHow the report answers
What's our miss rate?Missed / Inbound. High = lost revenue.
What's our booking conversion?Booked / Inbound. Industry benchmarks vary; track your own week-over-week.
Is the AI Receptionist worth it?The AI's answered-and-booked rate vs. the office's.
Where are we losing leads?Missed but uncovered.

Filters

FilterWhat it does
Date rangeDaily / weekly / monthly.
By phone numberIf you have multiple inbound lines (marketing campaigns, service lines), filter to see per-number performance.
By sourceWhen the platform can attribute the call to a campaign or referrer.

Drilling in

Tap a call count to see the underlying list — every call in that bucket with caller info, time, and outcome. From there you can listen to recordings or convert to jobs in retrospect.

Common patterns

PatternWhat it means
Missed > 5%You're probably losing $$$. Either add staff or turn on the AI Receptionist.
Spam % > 20%Talk to support about tightening filters; high spam usually means a leaked number.
AI > office on booking conversionLikely. The AI is consistent; human staff varies. Use this to set expectations.

What's NOT here

  • Per-rep conversion — this report is aggregate. Individual rep conversion lives implicitly on Tech scorecard.
  • Marketing-source attribution — limited. The Marketing attribution report ties bookings back to campaigns better.
