Reports is your read-only view of how the business is doing — money, sales, team, memberships, and compliance. Every report is grouped under one of five buckets.

What each report answers

Equipment attachHow often do members replace equipment vs. non-members?
RefrigerantEPA Section 608 log of refrigerant added, recovered, and leaks.

What's NOT in Reports

  • Custom-report builder — there's no ad-hoc query tool. You see the reports as-built; you can't define new ones.
  • Scheduled email exports — pull reports manually.
  • Saved views / filter presets per user — set filters each time you visit.

Date ranges & filters

Each report has its own date-range selector and filters relevant to the data (e.g. by tech for tech scorecard, by service line for revenue). Filters don't persist across sessions.
