Need the invoice as a PDF? Run a Call generates one with your branding, line items, and totals — ready to email, file, or print.

From the office

  1. Open the invoice.
  2. Click ⋯ → Download PDF.

From mobile

  1. Open the invoice on the iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap ⋯ → Share PDF.
  3. Pick Mail, Messages, Files, AirDrop, or save to Photos.

What's in the PDF

Bulk export

To grab many invoices at once:

  1. Invoices → multi-select.
  2. Bulk actions → Export PDFs.

You get a ZIP, named by customer and invoice ID.

CSV export (for spreadsheets)

For analysis in Excel or Google Sheets:

  1. Invoices → set the filter you want.
  2. Bulk actions → Export CSV.

One row per invoice with totals, status, and customer.

Warning

Not a customer-facing format — never send this to a customer.

Sending the PDF outside the app

By default the customer gets a link, not the PDF. Some customers (especially commercial) want the PDF attached:

  1. Settings → Invoices → Email.
  2. Tick Attach PDF to invoice email.

This applies globally. You can also toggle it per-invoice from the invoice page.
