Bulk export
To grab many invoices at once:
- Invoices → multi-select.
- Bulk actions → Export PDFs.
You get a ZIP, named by customer and invoice ID.
CSV export (for spreadsheets)
For analysis in Excel or Google Sheets:
- Invoices → set the filter you want.
- Bulk actions → Export CSV.
One row per invoice with totals, status, and customer.
Warning
Not a customer-facing format — never send this to a customer.
Sending the PDF outside the app
By default the customer gets a link, not the PDF. Some customers (especially commercial) want the PDF attached:
- Settings → Invoices → Email.
- Tick Attach PDF to invoice email.
This applies globally. You can also toggle it per-invoice from the invoice page.
