Download Run a Call from Google Play — same field-focused experience as iOS.
Install
Open the Play Store on Android, search for Run a Call, and tap Install.
Sign in
Open the app, enter your email + password from the owner's invitation.
Grant permissions

Android vs iOS
The two builds are functionally identical for field techs. UI components render the same; offline sync behaves the same. Pick whichever platform your shop already supplies to techs.
Updates
Auto-updates via Play Store unless you've turned auto-updates off in Play Store settings.
Tip
Bug fixes ship often; turn auto-updates on so you're current.
Troubleshooting first install

| App not found | Check your Play Store region is set to US. |
| Sign-in fails after install | The owner needs to invite your email from Settings → Team on the web app. |
| Camera doesn't open for job photos | Grant the app camera permission in Android Settings → Apps → Run a Call → Permissions. |
