Sign in at app.runacall.com or in the mobile app. Same email and password work everywhere.
First-time sign-in
The owner invited you by email. The invite link expires after 7 days. Click it, set a password, and you're in.
Forgot password

A reset link goes to your email. Links expire in 30 minutes.
Signing out

Signing out on one device doesn't sign you out on others.
Single sign-on (SSO)
Run a Call supports Google sign-in out of the box. Tick Sign in with Google on the sign-in screen. SAML/OIDC SSO is on the enterprise plan — contact support.
Switching devices
You can be signed in on as many devices as you want — desk, phone, tablet. Sessions don't conflict.
When sessions expire
Inactive sessions expire after 30 days. You'll be asked to sign in again.
