The dashboard is what you see when you sign in. It's tuned for the front-desk and dispatch roles — what's happening right now.
The widgets
| Widget | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Today | Every job scheduled for today, in route order. |
| Unassigned queue | Jobs that landed (from booking, the AI Receptionist, or office) and need a tech. |
| Live calls | Anyone on a call right now, including AI calls in progress. |
| Recent activity | Last 20 events across the team (status changes, payments, sign-ups). |
| Today's revenue | Invoiced + paid totals for the day. |
| Aging snapshot | Total AR by bucket (current, 30, 60, 90+). |
Customizing your widgets
Click the ⋯ on any widget to Hide, Move, or Resize. Order is saved per user — your dashboard is yours.
Roles see different things

| Field tech | Their own My Jobs (no dashboard). |
