Every job in Run a Call has a customer project page — one link where the customer can follow the whole thing: visits, photos, notes from your team, invoices with pay buttons, and receipts. No login, no app — just a private link you share by text or email.

One link, the whole life of the project
If the job started as an estimate, the link the customer got with the estimate is the project page — the same URL they approved on keeps working and grows as the job progresses:
| Stage | What the page shows |
|---|---|
| Proposal | The estimate — options, add-ons, payment plan preview, Approve & sign. |
| Approved | "You're on the books" — the deposit with a Pay button, and (if enabled) a Pick a time self-scheduling card. |
| Active | Paid-so-far bar, the payment plan with Pay buttons on whatever's due, visit schedule with the crew, photos, notes. |
| Done | Paid in full, receipts, the photo gallery, service report, and a review request. |
Jobs that didn't start as an estimate get the same page (minus the approval and payment plan parts): visits, photos, notes, any invoices you send, and the service report once the work is done.
Where to find the link
- Estimate page → the Customer project link card → Copy link.
- Job page → same card, on every job.
What's on the page
| Section | Details |
|---|---|
| Paid so far | Progress bar — how much of the project is paid. |
| Payment plan / Payments | Every invoice with amount, due date, and status. Pay on open ones, Pay balance on partials, an Overdue badge when late, View receipt once paid. |
| Visits | Dates and arrival windows, with the techs working the job (first name only). |
| Notes from our team | Notes you marked Customer — internal notes never appear. |
| Photos | The first three, with a +N tile — tap to open a full-screen gallery and swipe through everything. |
| Service report | A download button once the work is done — what was done, parts used, and photos as a PDF. |

Paying from the page
Pay buttons go to your Stripe-powered payment page. After paying, the invoice page stays available as a receipt — paid banner, payment history, and a Download invoice PDF button — and a Back to your project link returns them to the page.

What the customer never sees
- Internal notes, dispatch notes, or anything marked Internal.
- Photos you've hidden (see below).
- Your costs, margins, or tech contact details — techs show as "Mike R.", never a phone number.
Controlling photos
Photos techs take are visible to the customer by default — they appear on this page and in the service report. To hide a sensitive shot (a data plate, a wiring close-up): office → job's Photos tab → the eye icon on the photo; field app → open the photo → tap to hide. Hidden photos disappear from every customer surface at once.
