Export your full account data from Settings → Data Export. The platform runs an async export job and emails you when it's ready.

Open Data Export

Go to Settings → Data Export, then click + New export.

Pick options

Start the export

Click Start export. The export queues; depending on data volume, it takes anywhere from a minute (small accounts) to half an hour (years of history).

Permissions

Important

Only Owner can run a full-account export. Admins can run scoped exports (e.g. customers-only). Staff and Field cannot.
