Volume, status mix, and trends across a date range.
The Job volume report answers "how many jobs are we booking?" — broken down by status, type, and urgency over a date range.
Where to find it
Reports → Team & jobs → Job volume.
What it shows
| Dimension | What it shows |
|---|
| Job count over time | Daily or weekly bars in your selected date range. |
| By status | How many jobs are in each lifecycle status (Created, Scheduled, En Route, In Progress, Completed, Invoiced, Closed, Cancelled). |
| By type | Service, Maintenance, Installation, Estimate, Callback. |
| By urgency (when set) | Routine, Urgent, Emergency from inbound bookings. |
What it answers

| Are we keeping up with demand? | A rising line means inbound is growing; the question is whether you're booking it. |
| What's our cancellation rate? | Cancelled as a percentage of total jobs created. |
| What's our mix? | Is Service vs. Installation healthy for your business? |
| How urgent is the demand? | Emergency vs. Routine ratio. |
Common filters

What this is NOT
- Not the profitability report — this counts jobs, not dollars. For revenue and margin, see Job profitability report and the Revenue report.
- Not a forecasting tool — it shows actuals only. No projections or budgets here.
Tips
- Look at the completed-to-cancelled ratio weekly. A creeping cancellation rate often shows up here before it shows up in revenue.
- Filter to Estimate job type to see how many quotes are out — that's your near-term funnel.
- Filter to Callback to see your warranty / quality cost — too many is a coaching signal.
