What it shows

What this is NOT

  • Not the profitability report — this counts jobs, not dollars. For revenue and margin, see Job profitability report and the Revenue report.
  • Not a forecasting tool — it shows actuals only. No projections or budgets here.

Tips

  • Look at the completed-to-cancelled ratio weekly. A creeping cancellation rate often shows up here before it shows up in revenue.
  • Filter to Estimate job type to see how many quotes are out — that's your near-term funnel.
  • Filter to Callback to see your warranty / quality cost — too many is a coaching signal.
