What it answers

QuestionHow the report answers
Are we growing the member base?Net new trend.
What's our churn looking like?High churn means the value isn't sticking.
What's our recurring revenue?MRR is the steadiest income line; track it monthly.
Who's about to renew?Drill into the renewal list to plan outreach.

Sales by tech

The Sales by tech subroute shows enrollments per tech over the date range. Useful for:

  • Setting tech sales targets.
  • Coaching the bottom-third on the kitchen-table close.
  • Compensating reps who hit numbers.

Equipment attach

The Equipment attach subroute compares how often members vs. non-members replace equipment within a given window. The thesis: members trust you more and consolidate equipment purchases through you. The data tells you whether the thesis is holding.

Common patterns

PatternWhat it means
MRR plateauingEither churn caught up with enrollment, or enrollment slowed. Both deserve a meeting.
One tech enrolling 60% of new membersThey should be teaching the team.
Member equipment attach >> non-memberYour memberships are working; consider raising tier prices.

What's NOT in the report

  • Per-member revenue history — that lives on the individual membership record.
  • Forecasting — actuals only.
  • Cohort analysis (members enrolled in Jan vs. Feb) — not built today.
