Can I edit a paid invoice?
No. Issue the refund in the Stripe Dashboard, void the invoice in Run a Call, and re-issue a corrected one. This protects your books.
What if I sent the invoice to the wrong customer?
Void the invoice on the wrong customer and re-issue on the right one. The void preserves the history.
Can I email the same invoice to two addresses?
Yes. On the invoice, add a second email under Send to. Both addresses get the same link.
Why doesn't the invoice show my logo?
Logo upload is under Settings → Business → Brand. If you uploaded it but it's not appearing, the format may be wrong — re-upload as PNG or SVG.
Why is the tax different from what I expected?
Three places to check:

Can the customer split the invoice across multiple cards?
Yes. They click Pay now, pay part of the balance with one card, then return to the link and pay the rest with another.
Can I issue a credit memo?
For now, a Stripe-side refund + an in-app invoice void covers most credit-memo use cases. A dedicated credit memo workflow is on the roadmap.
What if the customer disputes the charge with their bank?
You'll see the dispute on the invoice (yellow banner) and in the Stripe dashboard.
Respond within 7 days with evidence — photos, signed estimate, work order — or the dispute is lost.
Does the customer's receipt show line items?
Yes. The receipt PDF has the full breakdown.
Can I bulk-send invoices to multiple customers?
Yes. Invoices → multi-select drafts → Bulk actions → Send.
