Run a Call Phone is the built-in VoIP system — inbound and outbound calls, SMS, call recording with transcripts, and the AI Receptionist all in one. You don't need a separate phone provider.

Getting started

For most shops, the setup is:

  1. Get a new phone number — or port your existing one.
  2. Set the E911 address.
  3. Enable call recording.
  4. (Optional but recommended) Set up the AI Receptionist.

Mobile dialer

The mobile app includes a full dialer. Field techs can make and take calls from your business number — their personal number never shows.

See Using Run a Call Phone on mobile.

Desktop dialer

The web app has a floating dialer (bottom-right of every page). Click Phone icon to open. Outbound calls dial through your business number; inbound calls pop a notification with caller ID and call history.
