Business hours tell Run a Call when your shop is open. They drive:

Set them
- Settings → Business → Hours.
- For each day:
- Open / closed.
- Open time / close time.
- (Optional) Lunch break — gap in the middle when calls go to the AI/voicemail.
- Set your timezone.
- Save.

Multiple service tiers
If you offer 24/7 emergency service but normal-day-only routine work:
- Set business hours for the routine line.
- Set the AI Receptionist to 24/7 mode and have it route emergency calls to your on-call line.
Timezone
Set the shop's timezone here. Each user's view of the schedule respects their own timezone in their profile. The shop's hours, holidays, and AI routing always use the shop timezone.
