A customer's profile is the one place you go for everything about them. Open one by clicking the name from Customers, search, or the right rail on any call/job.
The header

The five tabs
Properties
Every service address tied to this customer. Each property holds:

| Address | Validated against USPS. |
| Type | Residential or commercial. |
| Access notes | Gate code, dog, side door, etc. |
| Lat/lng | Auto-geocoded; drives drive-time math. |
| Equipment | Units installed at this property (AC, furnace, heat pump, mini-split, water heater). |

Jobs
Every job this customer has ever had — open, scheduled, completed, cancelled. Sorted by date, newest first. This is the customer's service history; see Viewing a customer's service history.
Invoices
Every invoice the customer has been sent or paid. Statuses: Draft, Sent, Viewed, Partial, Paid, Overdue, Void. Click any row to open.
Communication
The unified inbox for this customer:

Notes
Internal notes only — these never appear on customer-facing documents. You can:
- Pin important notes to the top.
- Link a note to a call (the call shows up next to the note).
Side panel
A persistent right-side panel shows:
