A customer's profile is the one place you go for everything about them. Open one by clicking the name from Customers, search, or the right rail on any call/job.

Properties

Every service address tied to this customer. Each property holds:

AddressValidated against USPS.
TypeResidential or commercial.
Access notesGate code, dog, side door, etc.
Lat/lngAuto-geocoded; drives drive-time math.
EquipmentUnits installed at this property (AC, furnace, heat pump, mini-split, water heater).

Jobs

Every job this customer has ever had — open, scheduled, completed, cancelled. Sorted by date, newest first. This is the customer's service history; see Viewing a customer's service history.

Invoices

Every invoice the customer has been sent or paid. Statuses: Draft, Sent, Viewed, Partial, Paid, Overdue, Void. Click any row to open.

Communication

The unified inbox for this customer:

Notes

Internal notes only — these never appear on customer-facing documents. You can:

  • Pin important notes to the top.
  • Link a note to a call (the call shows up next to the note).
