EstimateA quote you send a customer to approve. Your company can rename it (for example to Proposal).
Field appThe technician side of the mobile app, with the Jobs, Conversations, Timesheet, and Profile tabs.
Field TechThe built-in role for technicians. They see only the jobs assigned to them.
HelperA second technician on a job alongside the lead tech.
InvoiceThe bill for a job. Customers can view and pay it from the link you send.
JobA visit (or several) to do work for a customer, with a type, schedule, assigned tech, and line items.
Job typeThe kind of job — Service, Maintenance, Installation, and so on. Set up in Settings → Tags & Job Types.
LeadA contact who has reached out but hasn't booked work yet.
