AI ReceptionistThe voice agent that answers inbound calls 24/7 and books jobs.
Callback (job type)A follow-up visit modeled as a separate child job. The original job stays at its real status; the child's parent_job_id points back.
Card on fileA customer's payment card saved (securely via Stripe) for repeat charges.
CustomerThe only customer record. Includes everyone from a fresh lead to a long-time client — sliced by lead_status.

Dispatch boardThe day's grid of techs × time slots; where you assign and reassign jobs.
JobA single visit to a customer. Has a type (Service / Maintenance / Installation / Estimate / Callback), schedule, assignee, line items.

lead_statusA field on every customer record. Values: `lead
MembershipA recurring service plan a customer is enrolled in (one or more visits + a member discount).
PricebookYour catalog of items and services with prices.

Recurring jobA job that re-creates itself on a calendar cadence (e.g. quarterly maintenance).
RunnyThe AI dispatcher that balances a board of jobs across techs. Lives at the bottom of the dispatch board.
TagA label you stick on jobs, customers, or calls for filtering and reporting.

TermDefinition
Unassigned queueJobs that exist but aren't on a tech yet. Top strip of the dispatch board.
VisitA single included service in a membership term (e.g. Spring tune-up).
